Our Founder
With over 15 years of experience designing and delivering physician leadership workshops, I am also a master certified physician coach through the Physician Coaching Institute and faculty at University of Colorado School of Medicine physician leadership program. My passion is working with individuals and organizations to build exceptional leadership teams. ​​​​​

My background in healthcare leadership includes over 20 years in leadership roles including serving as the chief medical officer of large, complex integrated health systems. I have been a first-hand observer of how a great physician leader can impact positive change in the culture of teams, departments and organizations. Conversely, I have seen how an unskilled leader can create a toxic environment where unleashing the true potential of a team becomes difficult if not impossible.
